I noticed that I only partial deglycosylation of glycoprotein with PNGase
F without denaturation. I want to avoid using SDS to denature the
glycoprotein, and heat denaturation doesn't seem to help much.
Carboxymethylation is a possibility. Any others suggestions to completely
deglycosylate the N-linked glycoproteins? We are interest in the
remaining protein.
