Total Nitrogen & 3-methyl histidine analyses

I have a request from a Univ. of Washington investigator for total
nitrogen analysis by micro Kjeldahl or an equivalent technique. He also
needs 3-methyl histidine analyses on the same samples. Is there anybody
out there that can run these analyses?
