Hi, all,
We have a fluorescein-labeled oligo that we suspect is degrading. Does
anyone have any experience with breakdown of fluorescein? I'm aware of
loss of fluorescence as we lower the pH below 7, but we are working at a
pH higher than 7. It seems also that our oligo should be most stable at
any pH above 7.
