Look in "Advanced Methods in Protein Microsequence Analysis" edited by B.
Wittmann-Liebold, J. Salnikow, V.A. Erdmann (1987) for an article written by
Gerhard Frank for a comprehensive protocol for gas-phase CNBr cleavage on PVDF
membranes and subsequent analysis of the fragments by SDS-PAGE.
