With the ABI 492cLC, a protein as two sets of hydropobic repeating (LLLXVX) but
only one of the repeats shows up on Edmund sequencing. What's going on?
Everything before and after the repeat seems normal (i.e. right sequence and no
funny peaks on the chromtograms). the repeat is near the N-terminal, so the
signals are strong.
