Dear Group, Recently, my colleague ran a proteolytic digest of a 65K
protein, by positive ESI on a Micromass Quattro II instrument. He found
several digest fragments with mass differences of 183 Da(i.e. 8596,
8779, 8962 and 23569, 23753). The fragment of 8596 Da was expected.
Does anyone know what a 183 Da difference might be? Thanks for your
attention!
