We have increased our oligo synthesis from about 40 a month in June of 1996
to about 90 to 100 a month now.
We can provide a high quality crude oligo in about 24 hours, desalt and
cartridge purification require longer times.
Oligos can be designed here as well and if template is provided at the same
time, sequencing can be accomplished within the next 24 hours.
We were charging $1.50 per base at a 30 nmole scale and have now reduced it
to $1.10/base. It is just as easy to make 8 as it is 4 so the labor cost is
not a problem and also we can get a better discount on reagents with a
larger order.
