Tom,
We have sequenced through the histidine region of his-tagged
protiens with little problem. They were all on a hewlett-packard
instrument, I am not sure which instrument you are using (porton if I
remember your previous postings). I can't remember if we ever ran them on
an ABI (procise or 470) instrument but probably not as most proteins are
sequenced on the HP machine. Hope this helps.
