We are in the process of evauluating the Perceptive Mariner ESI-TOF Mass =
Spectrometer. We intend to use it as a cHPLC detector for protein =
digests as well as for intact proteins. What is the experience of the =
group in this type of analysis and with this particular instrument as =
opposed to the Finniagan LCQ or the waters Micromass?
Thanks
