try PROFILE at BMBBG-U Leeds (UK) web:

It computes Eisenberg Hydropathy, Kyte & Doolittle Hydropathy, Transmembrane
Hydropathy and Solvent Accessable Surface Area.
Save the output as a postscript file and then send it to your printer. Don't
use the "view postscript" unless you have a browser plugin that will translate
it. Netscape doesn't have one.
