I agree that a confidentiality agreement is indicated. There own program
may be responsible as to why they have been so slow in setting up a meeting
with us. It also seems as if another meeting they were attending seemed to
be the catalyst to bring us together. Even though partnering with them
makes sense, it may not be easy because of their own R&D agenda (like
Novartis). This is where a Dupont can come in with cash and make things
happen if Amersham goes into a stalling mode.
