We are looking for a Research Associate to perform detailed structural
analysis of recombinant proteins using HPLC, MALDI-TOF MS and a variety
of electrophoretic analyses. The person will design and execute
experiments independently and report results/ideas in technical reports
and oral presentations. The requirements for this position are a B.S.
in Chemistry or Life Science with 3 years experience or an M.S. with 2
years experience. Candidates should have significant experience with
HPLC analysis of proteins/glycoproteins as well as experience in
MALDI-TOF MS and electrophoretic methods.
We are also looking for a Research Associate who will be responsible for
developing methods for analysis of the glycosylation of recombinant
therapeutic glycoproteins and performing routine carbohydrate analysis
in support of R&D. The requirements for this position are a BS/MS in
Chemistry or Life Science with 5+ years experience in carbohydrate
chemistry and methods development. HPLC proficiency is required and
experience with HPAEC, FACE, monosaccharide analysis or Dionex HPLC
equipment is desired. Good written and oral communication skills are
important.
