Looking for a research specialist or a senior technician with extensive
skills in biochemistry, with particular emphasis on protein purification,
DNA and antibody affinity chromatography, and protein expression. Goals
of the laboratory are to isolate transcription factors that form larger
complexes of proteins, in the first instance they are mutated in a
severe combined immunodeficiency in humans (RFX), in the second, they
regulate promoter clearance and rates of elongation of transcription
(TFIIH, NTEFb, PTEFb). Interested individuals should submit their CV
