FW: Synthesis of phosphopeptides

We've synthesized 2 phosphoserine containing peptides on the ABI 431 using
standard 0.25mm HBTU FastMoc chemistry from ABI. We used Fmoc-Ser(PO3H2)-OH
from Bachem. We never had a problem coupling it for the two peptides we
made. We did cleave them using 0.75g crystalline phenol, 0.25ml EDT, 0.5ml
thioanisole, 0.5 ml H2O, 10 ml TFA. Both peptides came out fine.
