Need Syn. DNA purification protocol

Please send your best HPLC DNA purificaton protocols. Include:
columns, gradient, amt. purified, and trityl-on or trityl-off.

I am considering a temporary serice for a lab that does not have the
equipment for this undertaking. I need to know whether it is feasible
for me, i.e., columns, etc.
