Greetings to all:
My Sequencing Facility is interested in buying
a capillary-based sequencer, and I am curious
about read length. Currently, using an ABI 377, I
am getting up to 1100 bases. Is anyone using an
ABI 310 getting reads this long? Thanks in advance
for any replies.
