Associates in Molecular and Cell Biology Department located in suburban
Cincinnati, Ohio. Highly motivated individuals are welcome to join our
research team that is committed to world-class biopharmaceutical research.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE: BS/MS Scientist in Protein Chemistry
The qualified candidate will be responsible for routine protein
microsequencing operations. Work will include protein microsequencing,
capillary reverse-phase HPLC separation of protein/peptides, and instrument
maintenance. Experience in protein gel electrophoresis (1-D and 2-D),
sample handling and enzymatic digestion of proteins is required.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE: BS/MS Scientist in Cell Biology
The duty of this laboratory position involves all aspects of monoclonal
antibody development. Responsibilities will include immunizations, ELISAs,
hybridoma generation and screening, and antibody production and
purification. Experience in antibody purification using FPLC is preferred,
and experience with in situ hybridization and immunostaining techniques is
required.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE: BS/MS Scientist in Fermentation
This qualified candidate will be responsible for the operation of small
scale fermentors and the associated harvest and primary recovery equipment.
Additional duties include solution preparation, plasmid DNA purification
and analysis, as well as responsibility for the preventative maintenance
program. General microbiology and fermentation experience is required.
The successful candidate will have good communication skills and the
ability to work well as a member of a multi-disciplinary discovery research
team.
