I am shopping for a preparative HPLC system to use in isolating protein
degradants/variants of recombinant proteins. Most likely we would use
aqueous buffers, flow rates in the 10-50 ml/min range, with SEC or ion
exchange chromatography. The software control and data acquisition
should be simple. Any ideas on where to look. Thanks in advance.
