Joe, Karen, Dave, and others-
When questions arise concerning specificity of commercial proteolytic
enzymes I think it would be a good idea to specify the lot numbers that
were used. I know that some of the enzymes we really trust are very old
and I am sure those specific lot numbers are not available.
