I am in the process of setting up a new Molecular Biology Core lab
and one of the things they would like me to do is set up tetramer
production - which is a specialized form of protein expression.
I would be interested in your learned opinions on different FPLC
appparatus that are on the market these days and any pros or cons
associated with them.
