Greetings,
I am doing a preparative chiral HPLC with hexane/alcohol/organic base as a
mobile phase. I can not use any salts or water containing mobile phases and
I have to use organic base. Unfortunately, my mobile phase is no longer
transparent @220nm with only 10mM of Et3N. Is it a particular batch of Et3N?
Any suggestions on less UV absorptive organic bases or vendors of the HPLC
grade organic bases.
