In order to save space in the hard disk, i copied some mass spec in
a CD. But when i try to open these spectra directly from the CD-ROM,
i get the following message:
This file cannot be accessed
Make sure that you have security privileges on the network drive
or
You do not have permission to open this file.
See the owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission
If i copy the files to the hard drive, then i can analyse the
spectra normally. So, the problem is not on datas in the CD.
According to a friend, when you open a file in the Masslynx it tries
to write a "history" in a folder elsewhere. Because the CD is not
"writable" anymore, it shows these messages.
Does someone knows how can i read the spectra directly from the
CD i recorded?
