Yes, we have seen it once too on our 373. It did not appear to effect
electropherograms, but did concern us greatly. We did try unsuccessfully
to create a new matrix just before it happened (coincidental?). The lines
then went away gradually after 2 or 3 gels. Please let me know if you find
out what causes it. I would also like to know how widespread this is. It
has made us a little gun-shy about creating new matrix files.

Hello everyone:

We are seeing red, blue & green lines across the gel. These lines are
random throughout the gel. They started to appear all of a sudden about
2 days ago. It seems these lines could be due to electronic noise? Has
anyone experience anything like it?
