I'd like to call to your attention the Symposium which will be held in
Minneapolis from June 26-July 1, 1999. Gregg Fields and I believe that we
are organizing an exciting meeting which will cover many topics of
considerable interest to this group. If you are a current member of the
American Peptide Society, the "Call for Papers & Registration Information"
should be on its way to you by mail. If not, you can request information
by sending e-mail to 16aps@chem.umn.edu. In either event, please check
our web site at www.chem.umn.edu/16aps, which contains all of the
pertinent information and is now set up to accept both abstracts and
registrations electronically.
Gregg and I hope that you will consider attending, and perhaps submitting
one or more abstracts. Feel free to pass along your suggestions to us,
and also to spread the news about the Symposium to others in your
professional circle.
