Allison,

I know your problem has been solved with the Gel Rescuer software, but I
thought I would add an alternate solution. In 1993 ABI gave us GelDoc
II software which has a Repair Resources utility among others. This
software doesn't work on the newer Power Macs, so I keep it on my old
non-Power macs which still collect the data from the 373's. We have had
that sort of problem only a handful of times over the years, but GelDoc
has always fixed it.
