My lab is bringing AAA again after some years. We will be using
AccuTag derivatization and have a peptide for which determination of
cysteines/cystines and tyrosines is important. I am interested in knowing
what the people who have been doing this work steadily find to be the
best hydrolysis protocol(s) to preserve these residues. Thanks in
