Dear Colleagues: I need some help identifying a few HPLC methods for the
selective detection of glutathione (GSH) and GSSG in crude, deproteinized
cell extracts. We have a fluorescence and regular UV detectors. I was
thinking that using PITC after with or without prior blocking of free
sulfhydryls with iodoacetic acid etc. I would think that there is probably
a neater way to separate and quantitate these compounds by HPLC. Thanks in
advance for your help, Gautam Sarath
