Hello. One of your colleagues running the Porton design notices
what I have been told could be a TFA-related peak. My mystery
peak shows up just about 3 minutes into the hplc run which coincides
with the injection peak. Only effect is that I have to shift my
cycle overlays especially on low sample load runs. Other possibilities
could be a bad sample loop injection and maybe bad DTT in S1 ethyl acetate.
