Here's a question. Has anyone observed strange peask that could be
Met-Sulfoxide on the HP sequencer? I believe they do not use DTT in the R4
but I cannot recall if I have sequenced a peptide containing oxidized MET
(based on MALDI-TOF) on our instrument. Thanks
Joe
