DNA sequence paired lanes

I have been having a problem with lanes that start out seperate but as the
gel runs, lanes will merge so that they will be overlapped at the end of
the gel. I've tried various things but can't seem to get a consistant
solution to the problem. The worse problem is that I seem to be the only
one that has the problem on a regular basis. Happens at different
positions on the gel. Was only happening on the left side, but now seems
to happen in the center.

I prerun for 2 minutes between loading. Loading manually.

I'll post a couple pictures at our FTP location. I'm not a computer whiz,
so I won't give you a URL.
