Dear All:

I'm working on a viral protein. I know the sequence. The epitope I'm
interested in looks like it possibly could be phosphorylated by a tyrosine
kinase. I tried to use the protein kinase resources site to see if it
listed the consensus sequences that these kinases would phosphorylate. I
failed miserably Could somebody please tell me what I am doing wrong.
Thank you.
