Due to the slightly late arrival of this year's samples, the somewhat
inclement weather on the US East Coast, and the US Senate Presidential
Impeachment Hearings we are extending the time allotted for completion of
the study by 2 weeks. The deadline for submission of data sets is moved to
Friday, February 5, 1999.
