I have chatted with the service reps and they are
stumped. They have suggested various things which
I will try. I resist going back to version 7.5.5
since this version can't track gels with Analysis
3.3. I have two 377s and it is a great time saver
to be able to analyze both at the same time.
Everything else works fine *except* for this
monitor bug. It has been suggested that this is a
bug only for the Mac 7300/200 model, since I also
have a 8600/300 and upgrading it hasn't resulted
in any problems. I'll try the suggestion of
resetting the PRAM. Perhaps the monitor control
panel/extension 7.6.1 isn't compatible and
replacing with 7.5.5 would work?
I know we to learn a lot in solving problems, but
sometimes my brain gets full.
