Hello all,
I have three amino acid discrepancies after sequencing on the Procise. I have checked the plasmid DNA (on the recombinant protein) and the genomic as well as cDNA sequences and found the expected codons.
Here are the "substitutions":
L for an S in a eukaryotic protein
N for a G in a eukaryotic protein
D for a P in a recombinant protein.
Thanks for all suggestions.
Bob
