Biotin binding to avidin - tolerance for DMF or DMSO

Does anyone know what is the maximum concentration of DMF or DMSO that will
still permit biotin to bind to avidin? We have a reasonably insoluble
biotinylated peptide, and would like to coat some SA-beads with it. We can
dissolve the peptide in about 30% DMF, but we do not know how the DMF would
affect the binding to SA.
