Jeni,

I have my equipment on American Power Conversion UPS devices. The 477 and
420 are on separate 1400VA units. The 433 and 430 are on the same 1400VA
unit. The power seems to go off in this building several times a year and
these things really do work. Spend a little extra money and get the type
with battery backup. Mine will typically last 20-30 minutes before the
batteries are drained. On some models you can add additional batteries that
will allow operation for many hours. My UPSs cost $600-700 each but it was
money well spent.
