method of extract proteins from PVDF for MW analysis

Dear ABRF Colleagues,
This is our first time to determine the MW of proteins from
2D-gel.We would like to extract proteins from PVDF membrance ,which
was transferred form 2D-gel by a electrotransfer. Could anyone know
the method of doing this. Any information is appreciated.
