Associate Scientist, DNA Sequencing

A 1 year fulltime temporary position is immediately available in the DNA
sequencing unit of the US based Core Biotech Services group. As a member of
a global core services team, you will contribute to the cutting-edge
integrated HT-Sequencing environment at RPR.
Requirements:
BS/MS in molecular biology or life sciences with 1-2 years experience in
automated DNA Sequencing. Should have a good knowledge of standard sequence
analysis tools such as GCG, BLAST, and Phred& Phrap. Prior programming
experience a plus ( i.e. Perl, C, C++ or Java in a UNIX environment or a
knowledge of SQL and CGI programming. This position requires excellent
communication skills, initiative and technical flexiblility.
