Phosphorylated protein

Hi everyone,

Need your help one more time. Need good ways to characterized or purified
phosphorylated protein. Try to analyzed percentage of phosphorylation of
a ~20 kDa protein in cell extract. Any method is welcomed. I am thinking
about using a continuous eluter from a native gel and then analyzed by
mass spectrometer. However, I have to desalt first. I don't have antibody
against only the phosphorylated protein. Thanks.
