Does anyone know of a program that we could use to predict the elution
order of peptides from RP-HPLC (pH 2.0 and/or pH 7.0) --we would like to
be able to predict the approximate change in retention (well, position
in the chromatogram) time--for peptides fragments with different amino
acid substitutions.
