I have been searching for the same thing. As a part of the Wisconsin Package,
GCG has Pep.Sort but I do not have access to GCG.
If you look in Mant and Hodges' book you will find ProDigest-LC. I recently
inquired and Dr. Hodges replied "...the PC compatible program is being sold
through API Alberta Peptide Institute for $295 US. If you would like to
purchase this program please send your purchase order to: Alberta Peptide

I would like to have a program that will help me predict where cleavage
products from my target peptides will elute.
