Try Peptide Companion from Coshisoft/Peptisearch - it's got some useful
features for looking at the properties of peptides, including just what you
ask about. It gives you the choice of several different scales to use for
prediction at both pH 2 and pH 7. I believe it's only about US$70-80, but
search Coshisoft on the web and check out their current price list.
