Dear Deb and Don,
The GPMAW software (http://130.225.147.138/gpmaw/) is primarily=20
intended for MS-purposes, but has exactly the facility that Ron asks=
=20
for. Within the HPLC window you can type in an extra peptide sequenc=
e=20
to show its elution position. This is partly what Deb asks for.

Deb,
I have been searching for the same thing. As a part of the Wisconsi=
n=20
Package, GCG has Pep.Sort but I do not have access to GCG.
If you look in Mant and Hodges' book you will find ProDigest-LC. I=20
recently inquired and Dr. Hodges replied "...the PC compatible progr=
am is=20
being sold through API Alberta Peptide Institute for $295 US. If you=
would=20
like to purchase this program please send your purchase order to: Al=
berta=20
Peptide Institute, University of Alberta, Rm 728 HMRC, Edmonton, AB,=
T6G=20

I would like to have a program that will help me predict where cleav=
age=20
products from my target peptides will elute.
