99mTc labeled compounds with ESI-MS

Does any body have any experiences on the analysis of radio-labeled
compounds (especially 99mTc) using on-line LC-RAM-MS? Here are
a couple of specific questions:

1) How do you set-up the instrument in terms of safety concerns?
2) How about the MS sensitivity compared to RAM?

Any input will be appreciated.
