PITC derivatized amino acids are not properly stable. But you can buy the more
stable derivative PTH-AA (3-phenyl-2-thiohydantoil-amino acid). Perkin
Elmer/ABD (http://www.perkin-elmer.com/ab/) sells it on a package with the 20
amino acids PTH standards. The part number is 400879. Good luck!
