Anybody know what's happening when the self test fails after running a flow
test? It has fail readings on:
Waste system Test --
fail on step 8, regulator 7 was set to 2.50 psi. act. pressure was 0.01 psi
fail on step 12, reg. 7 was set to 0.53. the act prossure was 0.0 psi
pass on reg. 10 on step 12, reg. at 3.79 psi. Act. 3.73 psi
fail on reg. 10 at step 19, reg 10 set at 0.0 psi. Act. pressure 0.49 psi.
pass on the rest except:
Regulator 9 step 17 set to 0.0 psi, act. 0.29 psi
X3 leak test: reg. 8, step 16. pres set at 3.75 psi, act. 3.68 psi.

When the instrument was newer, it would pass if retested once. Lately it
doesn't unless retested several times. What's causing it and the solution?
It it just residual solvent from the flow test?

David.
