Hello to all sequencers:
I just wanted to pass along some good news.
ABI is marketing a new Big Dye kit called Big Dye
dGTP (or something to that effect). I would like
everyone to know that it works very nicely through
some difficult regions such as A-T rich, as well
as G- and C- rich regions. I have posted some of
the results we have gotten on our website. I have
tried these templates with Thermofidelase as well,
with disappointing results: not much better than
with regular Big Dye. This dye kit has turned a
totally failed sequence into success. I hate to
sound like a pitch man, but you can't argue with
success.
