owl database and SEQUEST

Hey to all,
I have a little problem with the owl database and SEQUEST (LCQ). The first
time the download and the dezipping worked fine, I can use the january
release of OWL (from the NCBI server). Now I did the same with the recent OWL
version and tried to search with a FibA MS/MS spectrum, our standard MS/MS
spectrum. The search started and took some time but no result appeared, even
the Explorer window did not open. No error message or anything came up.
I am thankful for every idea what could have happened.
