Hi,
I had a couple of N-stearyl peptides. One of them had "normal"
solubility, another one was as soluble as a brick.
Nevertheless, both were succefully purified on a heated
preparative column C-18 in a standard acetonitrile-TFA gradient.
The column ZORBAX 300SB-C18 was from MAC-MOD Analytical and
the chromatography was performed at 60 C. This column has
special sorbent with enhanced stability to hydrolytic
conditions and high temperatures.
I hope it will help.
