Dear All

I'm making peptides using fmoc hbtu chemistry. Occasionally we see peptides
which have two very close peaks by rp-hplc. The maldi mass spec gives the
correct mass and a mass of petide +14. Does any one have any ideas what
might be going on ?

Thanks for your help

PS Weather is dull & grey in London but the daffodils & forsythia have
started flowering.
